This website is run by Simply Real Company FZE, registered in Sharjah, UAE (License No. SC241072401). When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Simply Real Company FZE.

By using our site or ordering our products, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). 

1. Online Store Terms

To shop with us you need to be at least 18 years old. You agree to use our site lawfully and respectfully. If something's off, we may need to limit or end your access — but we hope it never comes to that.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to decline orders that don't look right (think suspected fraud or bulk resale). Payments are always encrypted and handled securely. Please don't copy or resell our content without checking with us first.

3. Information Accuracy

We work hard to keep product details and pricing accurate. Occasionally small differences may appear — like packaging updates or how colors render on different screens. Nutritional info is provided as a guide; if you have specific dietary needs, please double-check before consuming.

4. Pricing & Product Changes

Prices are in AED (or local currency where shown) and may change from time to time. We may also update or discontinue products, but we'll always try to keep you in the loop.

5. Products & Availability

Our products are available online and through trusted distributors across the UAE and GCC. Quantities can be limited, and we may restrict sales to resellers. Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but screens vary.

6. Billing & Account Info

We may cancel orders that seem unusual — like repeated large bulk purchases. Please keep your contact and payment details up to date so we can get your order to you without a hitch.

7. Returns & Refunds

Under UAE consumer law, you can request a return or refund if a product arrives defective, expired, damaged, or not as described. Requests need to be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Opened or consumed products can't be returned unless they're defective. Refunds go back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Third-Party Services

We may work with delivery platforms like Noon or Deliveroo. We're not responsible for issues on their end, but we'll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

9. Feedback & Reviews

We love hearing from you. If you share reviews or feedback with us, we may use them in our marketing. Keep it respectful and lawful — offensive or harmful content isn't something we can work with.

10. Your Personal Information

We handle your data carefully and in line with our Privacy Policy, which follows UAE data protection law (PDPL).

11. Errors & Corrections

Occasionally there may be small errors in product info, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct them and to update or cancel orders where necessary.

12. Prohibited Uses

Please don't use our site for anything unlawful, harmful, or disrespectful — including intellectual property violations, uploading malicious code, harassment, hate speech, or impersonation. Breaking these rules may mean we have to end your access.

13. Disclaimer & Liability

Our products are provided as-is, and we're proud to say they comply with UAE and GCC food safety and consumer standards. We can't guarantee the site will always be error-free. Our liability is limited to the value of the product you purchased, unless UAE consumer law requires otherwise.

14. Indemnification

If your actions cause us legal trouble as a result of breaking these Terms, you agree to cover our costs. We really hope it never comes to that.

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms becomes unenforceable, the rest still stand.

16. Termination

You can stop using our site whenever you like. We may also suspend or end access if these Terms are seriously violated.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other linked policies, form the full agreement between you and betterprotein.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled by the Dubai Courts, unless mandatory laws of another GCC country apply.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here with an updated date. Continuing to use our site means you accept the changes.
